     La chlormagaluminite est une espèce récente pour le mont Saint-Hilaire.
Elle fut originalement appelée "chlor-manasséite".

Couleur - incolore au jaune brunâtre.

Système cristallin - hexagonal, P6/mcm.
Morphologie - cristaux tabulaires et agrégats de cristaux hexagonaux dipyramidaux.
Clivage - {0001} parfait.
Cassure - (??).
Dureté - 1 (??).
Densité - 2,0 g/cm³.
Trait - (??).
Associations minérales - calcite.
Autres propriétés - aucunes.
Étymologie - nommée en 1982 d'après sa composition: chlore, magnésium et aluminium.
